The heart of Terravita is the Terravita Country Club and residents are automatically granted full membership upon purchasing a home in Terravita.  The 34,000 square foot Clubhouse with its exterior patios is a wonderful gathering place to meet friends and family throughout the day and especially as the sun sets over the lush fairways and the famous landmark of Black Mountain.

When it comes to amenities, the Terravita Country Clubhouse is second to none.  It offers multiple dining options, a health and fitness center, an outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pool with poolside grill service, a spa, 6 lighted tennis courts with an on-site tennis pro, and 9,000 square feet of meeting and entertainment space in the Desert Pavilion which also houses the community’s library.
